Disciples Sauvignon Blanc

Our inaugural release of Disciples Sauvignon Blanc comes from the sustainably farmed Crocker Vineyard in St. Helena, located just across the road from the historic G.B. Crane Vineyard. Planted in 1992, this site delivers vibrant fruit character and natural freshness.

Picked before dawn on August 23rd, 2024, the fruit was gently pressed and settled in tank before being barreled down to neutral French oak. Primary fermentation was completed in barrel, where the wine aged for nine months before bottling on May 20, 2025.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, like a hint of morning sunshine. Bright aromatics of citrus blossom, white peach, and crushed stone lead into notes of spearmint, fresh grass, and tropical fruit. The palate is vibrant and textured, with lemon curd, key lime, and tangerine layered over ripe stone fruit. A touch of sweetness and subtle French oak add depth, finishing long and juicy with a savory edge and a hint of mint. A vivid expression of Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc - refined, refreshing, and food-friendly.
