Our 2023 Disciples Cabernet Sauvignon brings together three distinct vineyard sites and three varietals, creating a wine of depth, volume, and ageability. The backbone comes from the historic Lewelling Vineyard in St. Helena, located next to the original Crane Vineyard and farmed by the same family since 1864. Rich, textured Lewelling fruit is balanced by our estate 777 Vineyard in Calistoga, while Merlot and Petite Sirah from G.B. Crane Vineyard add mid-palate density and mouthwatering minerality.

Our 2025 Disciples Sauvignon Blanc returns to the same vineyard block as our inaugural 2024 vintage, located directly across the street from the historic G.B. Crane Vineyard in St. Helena. Planted 33 years ago, the longevity of this special block is a testament to the quality of the site and the fruit it continues to produce.

The 2025 builds on the freshness and energy of our inaugural release while showing greater volume, texture, and depth. A more generous expression of Sauvignon Blanc, the wine balances richness and concentration with bright acidity and freshness. Barrel fermentation and aging in French oak add texture and complexity while preserving the purity and vibrancy of the fruit.

Palisades Vineyard carries a grape-growing legacy dating back to the 1870s, making it one of Calistoga’s most historic and character-rich sites. We began working with the vineyard in 2023, recognizing its depth, structure, and its ability to form the backbone of our Disciples Red Wine—a seamless, field-blend–inspired wine crafted from old-vine, heritage vineyards. Rooted in an ancient alluvial fan of volcanic rock, fractured basalt, and gravelly loam, the head-trained, dry-farmed, organically grown Petite Sirah vines—planted in the early 1970s—produce small, intensely flavored berries shaped by low-fertility soils and thoughtful, hands-on farming. To honor this remarkable site on its own, we bottle a limited-production Petite Sirah, giving voice to the vineyard that helps define the soul of Disciples.
